Arturo Pérez - Reverte

Arturo Pérez-Reverte was born in the Spanish city of Cartagena in 1951. To date, he has uniquely combined active journalism with literature. As a correspondent for print media, radio, and television, he experienced the major international conflicts of the period from 1973 to 1994. His novels have achieved worldwide success, with several adapted into films. His works are published in Greek by Patakis Publishers. The following titles have been published so far: "The Fencing Master," "The Flanders Panel," "The Dumas Club" or "The Shadow of Richelieu," "The Seville Communion," "The Nautical Chart," "The Queen of the South," "Captain Alatriste," "The Purity of Blood," "The Sun Over Breda," "The Painter of Battles," "The King's Gold," "The Yellow Jacket," "The Tango of the Old Guard." Since 2003, he has been a member of the Spanish Academy of Letters (Real Academia Española, RAE).
