Anteia Frantzi

Antia Frantzi was born in 1945 in Athens. She first published poetry in 1975. To date, she has published eight poetry books (and a collected edition of her poems in 2010), a children's book, as well as volumes of articles, philological studies, critical editions, and translations from English. After 1975, she became a regular contributor to the magazine "Anti." A doctor of Modern Greek Philology, Antia Frantzi teaches Modern Greek Literature in the Department of Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
