CHaralampos I. Konstantinou

Charalampos Konstantinou studied at the University of Germany, where he also completed his doctoral dissertation. He is a professor in the Department of Primary Education at the University of Ioannina, specializing in "School Pedagogy." He has served as Vice President of the Pedagogical Institute and has held the position of President of the Department of Primary Education for two terms, as well as President of the Teacher Training College within the same department.
