Lauren Rose is a mother, author, mental health advocate, and a creative soul with a sensitive heart. She lives in Melbourne, Australia with her two daughters and Biscuit (her Westie puppy). Through her YouTube channel @LaurenRose and her podcast, Us Anxious Folk, Lauren aims to unravel the threads of shame and loneliness surrounding anxiety disorders and to offer connection in the places where we feel most lost. She has a deep love for a good cup of tea, the healing power of words, and truly bad 80s music.
