Agelos D. Gerontas

Angelos Gerontas was born in 1962 in Athens. He is the son of authors Dimitris and Rania Gerontas. He is a neurologist with a particular focus on the fields of intellectual disability and epilepsy. He is a regular member of the Historical and Ethnological Society, the Society of Athenians, and the National Society of Greek Writers. His short story collection "Night in Tatters" was published in London (Minerva Press, 1997) and translated into English by his father, author and translator Dimitris Gerontas. His translated short stories have been published in French and Slovenian literary journals.
