Eleni Apostolidou

Eleni Apostolidou was born in Thessaloniki, quickly learning the value of giving from her family. As a student in the History Department of the Open University, she read any historical book she could get her hands on. Simultaneously, she participated in club activities supporting individuals with mental health issues, served on the Board of Directors of the Ethnological and Folklore Museum of Macedonia, and worked as a rescuer. Additionally, with her husband's support, she continues to care for stray animals, demonstrating their shared love for nature at every opportunity. From a very young age, she found fulfillment in jotting down her thoughts in notebooks. She wrote numerous short stories and poems for her daughter, which were published in literary magazines in Greece and Cyprus. It was then that the late poet Anestis Evangelou read a collection of seven interconnected short stories by the author titled "The Seashores," which he recommended for publication by Paratiritis Publications, and so it was. Since then, she has published the novella "The Dark Room" with Delfini Publications, as well as the novels "Loves that Make History," "Gone with the Wind," and "The Fire of the Heart" (historical) with Livani Publications. Her novel "The 7th Goddess" was released in early 2013 by iWrite Publications. All her writings have a historical background.
