Alexandra Georgakopoulou

Alexandra Georgakopoulou is a Professor of Discourse Analysis and Sociolinguistics at the Centre for Hellenic Studies at King's College London. Her research focuses on narrative analysis and discourse analysis, the relationship between language and identity, new media, computer-mediated communication, and social interaction in multicultural urban environments. Her books include "Narrative Performances: A Study of Modern Greek Storytelling" (1997) and "Small Stories, Interaction and Identities" (2007).
