Since 1982, he has contributed to shaping the ideology and political philosophy of the broader liberal, national, and libertarian Right, as well as its policies on Research, Education, and Culture, through his activities in all the think tanks of the party, including the K.P.E.E. (Center for Political Research and Training), the KI.P.A.E.A. (Movement for Multilateral Disarmament, Freedom, and Security of Europe), the E.M.PRO.S. (Society for the Study of Collective Problems), the I.PO.ME. (Institute of Political Studies), the "Liberal Forum," the KE.ME.PE. (Center for the Study of Hellenism's Problems), his position as head of ideology and politics at the I.D.K.K. (Institute of Democracy "Konstantinos Karamanlis"), and his continuous participation in many committees of the New Democracy party for Research and Education. Despite his active involvement in the broader party activities, he remains politically unaffiliated and self-identifies as an anarcho-rightist.
