
Takis Grammenos
Takis Grammenos was born in 1947 in Thessaloniki, where he worked for the archaeological service after 1973. He holds a Ph.D. in prehistoric archaeology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, is an honorary Curator of Antiquities, and a former director of the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki. His scholarly work primarily focuses on the Neolithic era of Macedonia and the Balkan Peninsula. Since the early 1980s, he has published a total of four poetry collections, all included in the edition "Ionian and Northern Poems" (Melani, 2016). He has collaborated with numerous magazines, published a volume of essays and other texts ("Anadromi," University Studio Press 2000), and a volume of diary-biographical texts ("Pages for a Diary," Altintzis 2002). He regularly contributes articles to hartismag.gr and is a member of the Society of Authors.
