
Tahar Ben Jelloun
Tahar Ben Jelloun hails from Morocco. He lives and works as a journalist in Paris. He is also involved in literature and poetry. In France, he is the most popular author from the Maghreb. He won the Goncourt Prize in 1987 for his work "The Sacred Night." His first novel, "Harrouda," was published in 1973. With Gallimard Editions, he has published novels, narratives, and a collection of poems. His book "Marital Bliss" (2013) is available from Gema Editions.
