Mark Burgess

Mark Burgess has been illustrating children's books for over twenty years. He graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art in London and worked at the city's Zoo as well as a library in Cambridge before dedicating himself exclusively to illustration and writing. When he's not painting, he enjoys reading, tending to his garden, walking in the forest near his home, and finding cozy spots for his kitten to sleep.
