Takis K. Vidalis

T.K. Vidalis graduated from the Law Department of the University of Athens, where he also completed a Doctoral Dissertation in constitutional law. He is a scientific collaborator of the National Bioethics Committee and an expert on bioethics for the EU. He teaches in the "Bioethics" Postgraduate Program at the University of Crete. He has published over 40 specialized studies, mainly on public law, bio-law, and the philosophy of law. His main research interests lie in the field of law concerning new technologies (especially research) and in the field of medical liability.
