Michalis CH. Kelpanidis

Michalis Kelpanidis is a professor of Sociology of Education and Methodology of Social Sciences at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He studied Sociology, Philosophy, and Musicology at the University of Frankfurt from 1968 to 1973. Between 1974 and 1985, he first taught at the same university and then worked as a researcher at the Pedagogical Institute for International Educational Research in Frankfurt. His research and writing primarily focus on the fields of: - Sociological Theory - Sociology of Education - Welfare State and Education - Research Methodology.
