Nikos Lakopoulos studied Journalism at the "Journalism Workshop" and Political Science and Public Law at the Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 1979, he has worked for newspapers such as Exormisi, Eleftheri Gnomi, 24 Ores, Ethnos, Thessaloniki, Gnosis, To Vima, and collaborated with magazines like Ena, Eikones, Tachydromos, Epsilon (of Eleftherotypia), Anti, Club, Tetradia, Voyager, among others. From 1984 to 1988, he broadcasted the daily radio magazine "Edo Radiosynnefoyla" from the Fourth Program of ERA, which achieved first place in listenership and heralded the era of free radio. He collaborated with Channel 15, Flash, Antena, and ERT 2 as a news production assistant (1982). In recent years, he has been managing Club Decadence, where he created Cine Decadence (the smallest cinema in the world), the Decadence Forum with exhibitions, screenings, poetry nights, theatrical performances, the first bar-theaters, concerts, original happenings, and the "room newspaper" Times.
