Harlan Ellison

Born in 1934 in Ohio, Harlan Ellison moved to Los Angeles in 1962. A prolific writer, he penned numerous short stories and novellas, which garnered every conceivable literary award in the genre, as well as various critical essays. Additionally, he wrote numerous scripts, primarily for television. As one of the most significant voices in science fiction literature, Ellison was also notorious for his clashes with the entertainment industry. He passed away on June 28, 2018, at the age of 84.
