Stelios Parliaros

Stelios Parliaros was born in Istanbul in 1959. After finishing high school, he moved to Athens to pursue his studies. He discovered pastry-making and dedicated himself to it. In 1980, he founded Fresh, revolutionizing the pastry scene in Greece. He studied in Paris at Ecole Le Notre, at the Escoffier pastry school of the Ritz hotel, in Lyon at the Valrhona school, and finally at the renowned Fauchon. He teaches the secrets of his craft in seminars and frequently appears on television, revealing the... sweet life.
