Eri Stavropoulou is a professor of Modern Greek Philology at the School of Philosophy of the University of Athens, specializing in 19th and 20th-century literature. She is also involved in the research and study of daily and periodical press, issues related to the publishing of Modern Greek texts, and the documentation of translated Modern Greek literature.
