Oyrania Polykandrioti

Ourania Polykandrioti is a Philologist and a principal researcher (Grade B) at the Institute of Modern Greek Studies of the National Hellenic Research Foundation. She participates in the IMGS program "Literary Studies, 15th-19th century" (Department of Cultural, Educational, and Scientific History), as well as in international research networks and programs. Her publications and research interests focus on Modern Greek and comparative literature, particularly on the history of literary genres, issues of identity in literature, and matters of personal narrative (autobiography, memoirs).
