
Panagiotis I. Skaltsis
Panagiotis Skaltsis was born in Agridio Valtou, Aetolia-Acarnania. He studied Theology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) and Liturgics at the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Theology at A.U.Th. and teaches Liturgics. He is also responsible for the School's Chapel, where, as part of the students' liturgical education, Byzantine Divine Liturgies, ancient Divine Liturgies such as those of Mark, James, the Apostolic Constitutions, and other services of the chant and monastic typikon are performed weekly. He is a regular member of the Synodal Committees on Divine Worship and Pastoral Work and Liturgical Renewal. He has participated in numerous scientific liturgical conferences.
