Toula Tiga

Toula Tiga was born in Trikala at the end of the war. She lived for a short period in Volos and for eighteen years in Thessaloniki, where she studied English Literature. She then returned to Trikala, where she currently resides. She has written books for children and young adults, as well as novels. Her works include the award-winning "Odos Gravias" (Patakis Publishers, 1991) and "The Era of Hyacinths" (Patakis Publishers, 1993), both recognized by the Circle of the Greek Children's Book, and "The Years Running" (Patakis Publishers, 1999), which received the award from the literary magazine "Diavazo."
