Petros Pasiardis

Petros Pashiardis is a Professor of Educational Leadership at the Open University of Cyprus and President of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM). His main research interests focus on Strategic Planning and Design in Education, Effective Educational Leadership, Decision-Making Processes, Effective Schools, and Personnel and Program Evaluation. Recently, he was one of the editors and authors of the international volume "International Handbook on the Preparation and Development of School Leaders."
