James Mayhew

James Mayhew studied illustration at Maidstone College of Art, graduating with honors in 1987. He has illustrated several books for young children, as well as classic novels by renowned authors. In 1994, he was awarded by the New York Times for his illustration of the book "The Boy and the Cloth of Dreams." He also enjoys writing and narrating old stories. A lover of opera, he has created numerous programs for the Kirov Opera in Saint Petersburg. Additionally, he designed a series of t-shirts for a charitable cause for the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
