Katia Kissonergi

With grandparents from Kozani and Cyprus, Katia Kissonergi was born in Zaire in 1973. A year later, she moved with her family and settled permanently in Athens. Early on, she worked in radio as a show producer and copywriter. At the same time, she became involved in screenwriting and theater. Her first work was the dramaturgical adaptation of the dark comedy "At 8 It Will Be 9," directed by Kostis Tsonos, at the "Apothiki" theater.
