Erich von Däniken

Erich von Däniken was born in Zofingen, Switzerland, in 1935. His lifelong focus on topics related to extraterrestrial visitors first gained prominence in 1968 with his book "Chariots of the Gods," which became an international bestseller. His books have been translated into 28 languages and have sold over 63 million copies. In addition to being an author, he is an international speaker. He visits many countries to give lectures and frequently appears on television or in documentaries. He is a co-founder of the A.A.S.R.A. (Archeology, Astronautics & SETI Research Association) and often writes articles for the "Legendary Times" magazine published by the Association. Despite his busy schedule, he always finds time to be with his family.
