
Vagelis Koufoudakis
Vangelis Coufoudakis is an emeritus dean of the University of Nicosia and an emeritus professor and dean of Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne, USA. As a political scientist, he has dedicated a significant part of his academic career to the study of Cyprus. He has edited numerous books, with the most recent being: "Greece and the New Balkans: Challenges and Opportunities" (1999) with Harry Psomiades and Andre Gerolymatos, and "The United States and Cyprus: Double Standards and the Rule of Law" (2002) with Eugene T. Rossides. He has been honored with many distinctions, including the title "Doctor of Humane Letters" from Indiana University (2002).
