
Konstantinos CH. Loukopoulos
Konstantinos Ch. Loukopoulos was born in Elefsina in 1965. He studied Physics at the University of Crete and History and Philosophy of Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His poems and prose have been published in print [Politistiki (1984, 1985), Revma (1992), Oropedio (2018)] as well as in online magazines (bibliotheque, Poiein, Vakchikon, Staktes, Peri Ou), in the volume "The Art of Writing" (Kastaniotis - 1993), in the collective volumes of the online group CRAFT ("CRAFTBOOK I" (Gavriilidis - 2013), "CRAFTBOOK II - Otherness" (mikres ekdoseis - 2015)), and in the anthologies "DiPgeneration" (Thraka - 2016, Mandragoras - 2018). His texts formed the basis for the performance of the Aeschylia Festival 2017, "Epitaph in Elefsina," directed by Christos Dimas with the participation of the Mikis Theodorakis Folk Orchestra. These were subsequently published under the auspices of P.A.K.P.P.A. Elefsina, as part of the activities of the Elefsina 2021 - European Capital of Culture initiative, along with the poetry collection of the same name (mikres ekdoseis - 2018) and the DVD of the performance. For a long period, he was an author of Physics books for Ellinika Grammata and Enastron publishers. He works as a Physics teacher in tutoring centers. He maintains the blog: Eleusis, a humble abode of immortality.
