David Harris

David Harris, born and educated in England, has been exhibiting Bull Terriers under the Brummagen prefix for nearly thirty years. Now based in the USA, he judges Bull Terriers at specialty and championship shows in the UK, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, and frequently in the USA. David, who is an approved judge for 12 Terrier breeds, judged at the first National Specialty Show of the American Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club. He has also judged Staffordshires internationally. An active member of the American Bull Terrier Club, David has served as President three times, chairs the Health Committee, and received the Club's Bar Sinister Award for distinguished service. He is the Vice President of the American Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club and a representative of the American Kennel Club. David writes articles about Bull and Terrier breeds for magazines and books worldwide. He has published a history of colored Bull Terriers and is writing a monograph on the breed's history.
