Nicoletta D. Tsitsanoudi-Mallidi was born in 1966 in Larissa. She holds a Ph.D. in sociolinguistics from the Department of Primary Education at the University of Thessaly, specializing in "Modern Greek Language and Journalistic Discourse." She teaches the course "Critical Literacy and Mass Media" in the Department of Preschool Education at the School of Human Sciences. As a journalist, she has worked for several Athenian newspapers ("Chora," "Adesmeftos Typos," "Ependytis," among others) and has managed regional television and radio media outlets. She collaborated with the television station NEW CHANNEL and the Union of Regional Channels of Greece, presenting political and social programs. She served as the Head of Press and Public Relations at the Vice Presidency of the Hellenic Parliament and was systematically involved in supporting parliamentary work. She has participated as a speaker in numerous international conferences and has contributed articles to both Greek and international print media (such as the newspaper "Vima," among others). She is a member of the Association of European Journalists. She is married to Mr. George Mallidis, and they have two children.
