Niki Kaltsogia - Tournaviti

Niki Kaltsogia-Tournaviti is an emeritus professor of constitutional law at Panteion University. Her teaching and research work focuses on constitutional law, constitutional history, public administration, and political science. She is an active member of the academic community, participating in scientific societies. In the field of human rights, she has specialized in women's rights, with numerous studies, articles, lectures, and participation in conferences both in Greece and abroad, and she is considered an expert on gender equality issues. She is a member of the Women's Rights Association, where she also served as vice president for a period. Since the early 1980s, she has been a contributor to the magazine "Responsibility" and "New Responsibility," as well as the magazines "The Women's Struggle" and "Iliad." Her book "Challenges of the Times" (Responsibility, 2009), a collection of essays, was awarded the P.E.N. Club Prize in 2011.
