Eirini Kamaratou - Giallousi

Irini Kamaratou-Giallousi was born in Karpathos and grew up in Piraeus. She is the wife of Dr. V. Giallousis and the mother of two children. She taught English and studied the Italian language while living in Italy. She is responsible for the "Gifted Children" department at MENSA and writes articles for a local newspaper. Through her books, she strives to simplify every complex concept a child encounters by using myth. Her works have been adapted into plays by many schools and have received honorary distinctions.
