
Philip Kotler
Philip Kotler teaches International Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he holds the distinguished S. C. Johnson & Son Professorship. He completed his graduate studies in Economics at the University of Chicago and his doctoral dissertation at MIT, followed by postdoctoral studies in Mathematics at Harvard University and Behavioral Science at the University of Chicago. He has won the Alpha Kappa Psi award from the prestigious Journal of Marketing three times for "the best article of the year." He was the first to receive the Distinguished Marketing Educator Award (1985) from the American Marketing Association (AMA) and has been honored with numerous other accolades.
