Stayroula Dimitriou

Stavroula Dimitriou was born in Filiates, Thesprotia. She served in the Judiciary. She has published two poetry collections, two novels, and a collection of short stories. Her texts and articles have been published in literary magazines and the press. She has taught Creative Writing at the University of Western Macedonia. In October 2018, through the Ministry of Culture, she represented Greece in Algiers at an International Meeting of European and North African Writers organized by the European Union. Her works have been translated into French (by Michel Volcovitch), Spanish (by Natalia Moreleon), and Albanian (by Dash Malo).
