Michael Newton

Michael Duff Newton holds a Ph.D. in Counseling, is a certified Hypnotherapy Instructor by the State of California, and a member of the American Counseling Association. He has been involved in the field of education at higher institutions as a professor, director, and counselor. In the mental health sector, he has worked for government agencies as a leader of groups dealing with chemical dependency. Recently, he has dedicated his private hypnotherapy practice to behavior modification and helping individuals connect with their higher spiritual selves. Through the development of his own regression hypnosis technique, Dr. Newton discovered that it is possible to guide his clients beyond past life experiences to uncover a more significant existence of the immortal soul in the interlife. His extensive research into life in the spiritual realm is the subject of his first book. Dr. Newton is also a historian, amateur astronomer, world traveler, and avid hiker. A former resident of Los Angeles, he now lives with his wife in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California.
