
Argyro Margariti
Argyro Margariti was born in Nea Ionia. She grew up in a refugee neighborhood, during a time when playing in the streets was a way of life. She studied French and Greek philology at the University of Athens, completed her postgraduate studies at the Sorbonne, attended linguistics courses at the University of Besançon, and studied art history at the French Institute. She also participated in the Lingua international programs for two years. She worked as an educator at the Experimental High School of Anavryta and, for the past three years, at the Greek School of Brussels. She has published five books, edited two documentaries, and written television scripts.
