
CHristos G. Ntoumas
Christos G. Doumas is an emeritus professor of prehistoric archaeology at the University of Athens, former director of excavations at Akrotiri, Santorini, and a long-time scholar of Aegean civilization. In 2001, he was honored for his contributions to archaeology with the Order of Honour and the Order of the Phoenix by the President of the Hellenic Republic, Kostis Stephanopoulos.
