Konstantinos Paparrigopoulos was born in Dafni, Kalavryta. He studied Law and Political Science in Athens. He pursued a rich legal career, which was combined with a strong presence in public life. He was elected as a Member of Parliament multiple times and participated in the governments of K. Karamanlis and G. Rallis, leaving behind a notable parliamentary and political legacy. He married Kaiti Tsotra and is the father of two children. His entire career is characterized by a continuous and intense intellectual presence and a diverse body of written work, which includes significant legal scientific studies, political articles in newspapers and magazines, studies-observations and proposals on many important bills, law proposals, as well as involvement in the Voting and Revision of the Constitution of 1975 and the Parliament's Rules of Procedure. He also wrote short stories, novels, and historical retrospectives. He served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Lilian Voudouri" Foundation and the chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Press Foundation" S.A.
