
Antiopi Frantzi
Antiope Frantzi was born and raised in Mytilene. She studied law at the Athens Law School and pursued pedagogical studies at the Ralleios Pedagogical Academy of Piraeus and the Department of Primary Education at the University of Ioannina. She furthered her education at the Marasleio School of Primary Education, the University of Strathclyde in Environmental Education, and holds a Master's Degree from the University of the Aegean, Department of Early Childhood Education and Educational Design, focusing on "Gender and new educational and work environments in the information society." Currently, she serves as the Director of the 7th Primary School of Athens and is involved in teacher training.
She was among the first Environmental Education Coordinators in Primary Education: from 1991 to 1994 in the Prefecture of Piraeus and from 1994 to 1997 in the First Directorate of the Prefecture of Athens. She writes articles on educational topics, particularly Environmental Education, for educational journals and participates in related conferences with her presentations. Additionally, she has contributed to the creation of educational materials.
