
Ageliki PSaltou - Joycey
Angeliki Psaltou-Joycey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics at the School of English Language and Literature, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she teaches applied linguistics courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her academic and research interests, along with her publications, focus on comparative linguistics, cross-linguistic studies, language teaching as a second/foreign language, and language learning and communication strategies. In the field of theoretical linguistics, her interest is centered on issues of tense and verbal aspect. She has repeatedly collaborated with the Center for the Greek Language. Since 1998, she has been the president of the Greek Applied Linguistics Association (GALA) and the director of its publications.
