Lakis Papastathis

Lakis Papastathis was born in Volos in 1943. He has directed four feature films: "The Time of the Greeks" (1981), "Theophilos" (1987), "The Only Journey of His Life" (2001), "Journey to Mytilene" (2010), and one short film: "Letters from America" (1972). Since 1976, he has been a key collaborator on the television program "Paraskinio," as the head of the company Cinetic. He has published the short story collections "The Bat Flew" (Nefeli 2002), "The Quiet One" (Nefeli 2005), as well as the chronicle "When Damianos Filmed Evdokia" (Patakis 2006).
