
Paschalis M. Kitromilidis
Paschalis M. Kitromilides studied political science and modern history at Wesleyan and Harvard Universities in the USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Harvard University in 1979. Since 1980, he has been teaching the history of political theories at the Law School of the University of Athens, where he has been a professor of political science since 1987. Between 1980 and 1995, he served as the director of the Center for Asia Minor Studies and subsequently as the general secretary of its Board of Directors. In 2000, he was elected director of the Institute of Neohellenic Research at the National Hellenic Research Foundation (INE/EIE).
