Giorgos T. Moraitinis

Born in Athens in 1943, the author pursued university studies in Political, Social, and Economic Sciences, and gained expertise in Communication and Psychology. In journalism, he covered numerous reports, undertook assignments both within Greece and internationally, served as a senior executive in newspapers and media outlets, and maintained editorial columns. In the field of communication, he held positions in Public Relations for major economic units and organizations. He also founded and directed the International Advertising and Public Relations Center "Publicity Express" for 12 years. He has extensive experience in the trade union sector of the Journalists' Union of the Athens Daily Newspapers (ESIEA), serving in various union bodies and as the General Secretary of the Union's Cultural Foundation. Additionally, he was a co-publisher and editor of the complete works of Timos Moraitinis. He has traveled privately to many countries across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, staying in several for extended periods and gaining invaluable experiences. He has three sons.
