Candace Bushnell

Candace Bushnell was born in 1958 in Glastonbury, Connecticut. At the age of 19, she moved to New York City and worked as a journalist for several newspapers and magazines. She is the author of "Sex and the City," which inspired the television series of the same name. She writes for The New York Observer and collaborates with Vogue.
