Giannis V. Kovaios

Giannis V. Koveos was born in Athens in 1959. He studied at the School of Philosophy at the University of Ioannina and has been serving in Secondary Education since 1983. He has been engaged in writing and journalism since the age of 14. He is a regular contributor to the magazine "Efthyni" and has published hundreds of essays, feuilletons, studies, articles, etc., in magazines and newspapers. Two of his essays are included in the Cypriot high school textbook "Essays for High School." He has participated in dozens of scientific conferences as a presenter or delegate, has edited the publication of books and magazines, and since 1996, he has been the inspiration and coordinator of the O.D.O.S. Culture movement for schools in Northern Attica. He has been honored with a public commendation from the Ipekci Foundation and the Panagiotis Foteas Award for Political and Social Essay in 2014. Saxonis Publications, 1987), "Speaking and Writing" (Typothito, 1997), "Approaches to Literary Texts, Vol. A, Vol. B" (Gutenberg, 1997), "Polyptych of Ancient Greek for First Year High School" (Spoudi, 1998), "The Myth of Demystification" (Friends' Editions, 1999), "Study in Expression - Essay for Second Year High School" (Spoudi, 1999).
