
Maggie O' Farrell
Maggie O'Farrell was born in Northern Ireland in 1972 and grew up in Wales and Scotland. She worked various jobs before settling into writing, including roles as a waitress, chambermaid, courier, teacher, and journalist for the "Independent on Sunday." She has authored the novels: "After You'd Gone" (2000), "My Lover's Lover" (2002), "The Distance Between Us" (2004), "The Vanishing Act of Esme Lennox" (2006), and "The Hand That First Held Mine" (2010). She lives in Edinburgh.
