Giouli Volanaki

Giouli Volanaki was born in 1962 and studied at the Economics Department of the Athens Law School. She is an in-house editor at "Eleftherotypia," a journalist and member of the Journalists' Union of the Athens Daily Newspapers (ESIEA) for 20 years, and a book proofreader-editor. She has attended a journalism seminar by ESIEA, seminars at the Stoa of Books (New technologies in communication, culture, storytelling, and play / M. Meimaris, Life lessons through psychology / F. Tsalikoglou), seminars on 20th-century Greek poetry (Metaichmio), and at the French Institute of Athens (Contemporary practices of the self, body, and subjectivity), among others. She participates in reading clubs and collaborates with various newspapers, magazines, publishers, and more. She is a member of the Hellenic-French Artists' Union NAUTE (New Artist's Union Traveling Through Europe).
