Eleni Karasavvidou

Born in Thessaloniki in 1979, she studied Education and then Media Studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She also studied "Cultural Sociology" at the University of Nottingham on a scholarship and is currently completing her second master's degree at the School of Education at AUTH. She was awarded a performance scholarship by the State Scholarships Foundation and has participated in both Greek and international conferences. She has written four books, as well as numerous articles and essays. She actively participates in political organizations internationally and in social movements. She is a co-creator of the website http://www.agitprop.gr/.
