Stelios Pelasgos

Stelios Pelasgos
Stelios Pelasgos (PhD) initiated the revival of the art of oral literature and storytelling in Greece. He studied and created along the four paths of traditional storytellers and modern narrators: literature/philology, pedagogy, theater, and psychology. He met contemporary storytellers in France. He left Athens in search of the silence and darkness that nurture tales. In small human communities and in Nature, he rediscovered his roots. He travels throughout Greece, Cyprus, and Europe, giving storytelling performances for adults or children and teaching the ancient art of oral storytelling.
