Sotiris TH. Dimitriou

Sotiris Dimitriou was born in Athens in 1925. He was the partner of director Alinda Dimitriou. During the occupation, he was a member of the resistance. After liberation, he was exiled to Makronisos. He studied civil engineering and graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He was also involved in anthropology, cinema, and cultural issues. He published the poetry collections "Letters of Truce" (Fitrakis, 1965), "Palpations" (Dodoni, 1985), and numerous essay books, as well as articles in magazines and collective volumes. He passed away on August 12, 2016, at the age of 91.
