Lynn Grabhorn

Lynn Grabhorn has long been engaged in studying how thoughts and emotions shape our lives. Raised in Short Hills, New Jersey, she initially worked in advertising in New York City, and later founded and ran an audiovisual production company in Los Angeles. She currently operates a financial brokerage firm. Her first book, "Beyond the Twelve Steps," along with her highly successful multimedia program (available in video format), "Life Course 101," have achieved worldwide success. She lives near Olympia, where she continues to write and give lectures.
