Kenneth Blanchard

Dr. Kenneth Blanchard, president of Blanchard Training and Development, Inc., is an internationally renowned author, educator, and consultant/trainer. He is one of the authors of the acclaimed and widely used leadership and organizational behavior handbook, "Management of Organization Behavior: Utilizing Human Resources," which has been translated into multiple languages. He studied Government and Philosophy at Cornell University, earned a Master's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Colgate University, and received his doctorate from Cornell in Administration and Management. He is a professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Additionally, he is a member of the National Training Laboratories (NTL).
